Our daughter has attended Goalie World for the past two summers and is always excited to return each year. We’ve seen tremendous growth in her game, especially in how she handles the pressure that comes with being a goalie. It’s been incredible to watch her take what she’s learned at camp and apply it on the ice while continuing to develop her own style of tending goal.
What stands out most is how the instruction is delivered. The coaches create an environment where the goalies are having fun while still taking their development seriously. That balance keeps the kids engaged, motivated, and eager to improve.
Mike and Liz deserve a lot of credit for that. Their passion, patience, and ability to connect with goalies are evident in every session. "If I could custom design a coach for my children, it would essentially be coach Mike Fellows. He is organized, communicates clearly and efficiently, and is fair. Coach Fellows has an unusual ability to teach. He is patient and has mastered the balance of firm/strict and kind/soft. The whole child is considered and coached, not just the hockey player.
